Global reproducibility networks
SwissRN is part of a growing number of international partner reproducibility networks
Global Federation of Reproducibility Networks (GFRN)
SwissRN is a founding member of the Global Federation of Reproducibility Networks (GFRN), an international alliance of national and regional Reproducibility Networks dedicated to improving research quality worldwide. Founded in 2025, the GFRN brings together 23 peer-led, grassroots networks spanning all continents that share a commitment to rigour, transparency, reproducibility, and academic freedom.
The federation enables its members to share resources, coordinate efforts, and learn from each other across borders, while also engaging with funders, publishers, and policy organisations at the global level.
SwissRN as GFRN Coordinating Office (2026)
Since January 2026, SwissRN hosts the GFRN Coordinating Office at the Center for Reproducible Science and Research Synthesis (CRS), University of Zurich.
