Workshop Registration: Reproducible Research Workflows with Quarto and R - Getting Started

The Basel SwissRN Node and the SwissRN Academy are organizing a workshop on reproducible research workflows with R and Quarto, run by the Center for Reproducible Science and Research Synthesis (UZH). Participation is free and (most likely) we will be able to provide coffee and lunch for participants.
What: Intro to dynamic reporting, hands-on reproducible manuscript creation, plus a demo of advanced workflows (version control & containerization)
When: Thursday, June 4th, 09:00-14:30 (with a lunch break)
Where: University of Basel, Kollegienhaus, Hörsaal 117
Spots: On-site spots are limited to 40, first come first served
Online option: Zoom link will be shared via email with online paticipants
No deep R or Quarto experience needed — the registration form asks about your level so they can adjust.
